When you contact Tourismo or submit a tour, rental, transfer, or chauffeured-service request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, address, travel dates and times, passenger or guest numbers, pickup and drop-off information, and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, verify the email used for a booking request, review availability, arrange tours or vehicles, manage bookings, communicate changes, send booking confirmations, and provide passwordless access to My Bookings.

Email verification and passwordless access

Tour and rental requests require a one-time code sent to the email address entered on the booking form before the request is created. Customers also access My Bookings using a one-time code sent to the email address associated with a booking. Tourismo does not require customers to create a permanent password for these steps.

Sharing and service providers

Tourismo may share information only when reasonably necessary to arrange or deliver a requested service, including with transport partners or other service providers involved in an agreed booking. We do not sell customer information.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to protect booking and contact information. Records may be retained for operational, accounting, legal, or customer-service purposes for as long as reasonably required.

Cookies and sessions

The website may use essential cookies or server sessions for security features such as form protection, booking email verification, administrator authentication, and customer one-time-code sessions. These are used to operate the website and booking portal.
